Program to use for building a porch deck?

I am looking for a program or anything that I can use to help me figure out what kind of porch deck that I want off the front porch. If anyone knows of a program that I can use for free please let me know. We have a concrete porch that we want to extend out into a deck. We have an idea of what we want, I just want to use a program to see which will be the best one.

Website for Crown Moulding?

A few years ago I knocked out my living room wall and enlarged it by enclosing the front porch. That added about 5 feet out, with a wide of about 17 feet. Since we didn’t want to change of roof line the 5′X17′ has a dropped ceiling, about 18 inches lower than the rest of the room. Does anyone know of a website about installing Crown Moulding where you don’t have four corners that are on the same level? Or even painting the room with the ceiling being white and the walls a color? I have kept the room one color all these years and its time for a change. Thank you.

Does anyone know where I can find remodel plans for a split entry home?

Best way to communicate with my 30 year old neighbor?

Ever since he moved in he has done odd things like:

Knocked on my door to ask me if anyone had been inside his apartment because when he unlocked his front door it did not make the usual clicking sound?

When we had plumbing issue he told me his apartment was flooded and the plumber told him later on that there was barely a mess in his bathroom.

I can hear him constantly opening and slamming his pantry doors. He constantly knocks on my front door.

Spends minutes straightening his mat on front porch.

Called me on the phone to tell me two cars followed him to the dumpster and then said, ‘they are up to no good’

I gave up on conversation because anytime I gave my input on any topic he would say, ‘no, my mom said it is this way’.
I really think this is his first apartment because his mom and sister moved him in. I never saw him when they moved in. I am nice to everyone and gave him time when he would knock on my door. But, the first time I told him his keys were loud he just stared at me and asked, ‘Tom, am I bothering you’. I don’t know if he didn’t understand but it came off kind of aggressive. I just told him our apartment walls are paper thin and it was not his fault. I left it there.
