I need help with installing windows xp on my desktop?

P.S. cannot login on my OS
my computer hangs on the blue welcome screen with windows logo(just before login profiles) even if i tried all the other login methods like safe mode, etc…thats why i need to reinstall XP… Really need help! Thanks

is your keyboard usb? you need ps/2 type keyboard for installing windows as the usb drivers are not present until o/s is installed
