I’ve been renting a home for the past 5yrs. About every 4 mo the plumbing backs up. 1ba upst/2ba dwn. wat2do?

is it harmful to inhale drywall dust while pregnant?

Broken pipes under the house?

Someone was in and out of the house just doing some painting and fixing up things here and there, but that’s it. Well, they moved in a couple weeks ago and now they have had plumbing issues. Turns out that there are broken pipes under the house. Does anyone know about what this costs to get fixed?? Any plumbers out there? She is calling trying to get estimates and stuff, I just wanted to see if she might be paying too much.

She has cast iron pipes under the house. I don’t know about a crawl space though. She lives in New Orleans, I believe they just have to dig and then fill the hole back in.
