frankieg asked: I have been having an electrical problem. Bike won’t start up because it is getting drained after riding for a few hours. It will jump start right up, then off to the dealer I go. Dealer keeps saying it is a loose ground. They won’t show me where the problem is as they say i will void the warranty if I ***** up the electonics by trying to fix myself. It is getting really frustrating, ruining my rides and only adding to the coffers of the dealer. Has anyone else had this problem or is there a Tech out there who may know? It does not appear to be the battery cables as they are making contact.

Zero asked: My building is terrible in terms of neighbours being drug addicts, cops coming to the building, my cielings leaking and caving in three times, loss of electricity, etc. Put simply, my fiance and I would like to move out. We already found a place, and have given my landlord a requested 60 days notice.
Technically, we are contracted to stay till May 2009. We know that they can easily say that we have to stay and we don’t mind that because we don’t want to ***** them over financially just because the other tenants make it hard to live in this building.
THE PROBLEM IS: we have written the landlord a letter requesting to be terminated early from the lease if possible by January 2009 for health reasons due to my fiances asthma. We stated we already had a new place, and due to plumbing and other issues, her asthma is getting worse by staying here. We told them paying is a priority but if possible, would like to terminate the lease in 60 days. It’s been over a week and a half and I haven’t heard anything back from them. I don’t want to bug them anymore about it if it just takes time, but I also don’t want to assume that they are fine with the notice of termination in 60 days.
If they don’t get back to me, should I assume they aren’t making it possible for me to break the lease early, or should I assume that as of January 1st, we are no longer residing in this apartment?

homeremodel asked: I just bought my home and I need to remodel it. I was wondering if there was any software out there that can help. How do they work? Do you take a picture of the room and upload it? Or do you have to design the room from beginning to end? If anyone knows of any software that is easy to use please let me know. Thank you!

LESLIE P asked: My husband and I were comparing the costs of putting down laminate hardwood flooring ourselves. We would like to save some money in doing so but have never attempted in such a task. How hard is it in putting the flooring down? What company offers the best prices per square footage?
